Inspired by Stockard Channing's gorgeous hat in the movie "Practical Magic" this wide brim hat is available in two types of straw: cuenca and paglina. Our cuenca straw is handwoven in Ecuador while our paglina straw is a special, single braided straw that is sewn together to create this unique style. Our "Aunt Fran" replica begins as a single piece of braided straw and then sewn together on our special antique sewing machine.
