It’s a convenient way to purchase the items you always wanted without breaking your budget! You can now go from "window shopping" to "traffic stopping" wearing a Baron Hat!

It's really quite simple. If you are ordering an item from our Website, look to see if our FlexPay logo and the green payment box is on the item you wish to purchase. When you choose the FlexPay option, the cost of your purchase is automatically divided into three or four equal monthly payments (depending on the specific order).* Virtually all items on our website, including your own special custom orders can be purchased using our FlexPay option so if the item does not have a FlexPay option (or a green payment box), simply e-mail us at  baronhats@aol.com and we will give you the simple FlexPay order instructions for that item.

If you are interested in a custom made hat, or have been directed here after requesting a custom hat, then you are also eligible. Simply e-mail us back at baronhats@aol.com and tell us you'd like your custom hat order to be FlexPay. We will send you back the link to our secure Custom Hat Order Page with the simple instructions.

At the time of purchase, we will bill your credit card for the first monthly installment, including applicable sales tax*, shipping, handling and insurance fees. The remaining balance is then automatically billed to your credit card in additional equal monthly installments*. As with all our purchases, your credit card debit amount will be billed from GNOME TREE ENTERPRISES.

That’s it! Easy, convenient and interest free! 

AND THE BEST PART: YOUR HAT GOES INTO PRODUCTION RIGHT AFTER THE FIRST PAYMENT, SO YOUR HAT WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN THE REGULAR TIME FRAME AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL ALL PAYMENTS ARE RECEIVED!

All payments through FlexPay are subject to the same rules and regulations of our regular purchases including rules for payments that are declined by your credit card bank. By selecting FlexPay, you agree to all such terms. See our CUSTOMER SERVICE for details.

The Flex Pay payments are detailed on each individual invoice. Flex Pay payments can only be used with major credit cards, and are subject to bank approval. Customer understands, agrees and accepts that since orders are processed after the first payment is received, if customer cancels the order, or if customer’s credit card bank of record terminates, suspends or will not accept future payments for any reason, and customer does not correct this situation with Baron Hat account department (including, but not limited to submitting corrected credit card information or an alternate credit card to be charged), Customer shall forfeit any balance already accepted. This is due to the fact that as stated, Baron’s would have already begun the crafting of the order, including purchase of materials and labor, and the held balance shall compensate Baron’s for such purchases and charges. Customer accepts this balance paid for such compensation and agrees not to ask for refund, nor instigate a “Charge Back” against their account.

*Sales Tax is applicable only to deliveries to California. For deliveries to California, your full sales tax will be split between your payments, and added equally into your installments.
