Now we're sure many of you are thinking… "okay, something’s very strange here." Toy Story was all computer animation! How can you make a hat for them? Well actually they approached us long before the animation was started for us to produce a very specific hat, which they then digitized and used in the production! So, yes… this IS the hat! You’d be surprised how many people have asked us about this wonderful hat, especially for their kids (see special order instructions below if you're ordering the hat for a child).

The cowboy hat is made of specially “Candy-Red” dyed fur felt, and the special trim lacing is all hand-braded!

Crown: 3 ¾”
Brim: 4” with hand-braded white leather trim lacing

Headband: 1 ¼” special white grosgrain ribbon with “country-style” bow-tie

We build into all our hats ordered especially for children with a Baron California Hat exclusive special expanding-adjustable sweatband, so that your child can have years of enjoyment and perfect fit with their custom hat as they continue to grow and grow!
